This was a fun conversation! Ed and I discuss the many things we did and learned in our twenties. Somethings we've kept with us, somethings we've changed our mind about. We talked about topics from sex to education and how our experiences over this period have shaped us. 

Recent data has shown that Black male suicide rates are rising faster than any other ethnic group. We touch on this data during this episode as well as discussing masculine norms not only for Black men, but men in general. Do we create spaces or enough spaces for men to be vulnerable? 

Why are we afraid to say no? Jordana and Ed discuss why saying no makes us feel uncomfortable or concerned with what others will think or feel once we say it. They also discuss how saying no is a form of self care and setting boundaries, something that can be hard to do at times.
