When we see violence and mayhem, we have a human reflex to just want it to stop, and to blame both sides.  Jan. 5 - Jan. 8, 2021 may be one of those moments in DC, with the senate being decided in GA on Jan 5 and the inevitable fantasyland melodrama the GOP will cook up around the Jan. 6 confirmation of electoral ballots.  The white power brigade -- whose cause is imaginary and has no legitimate basis -- will be in DC plying their traitorous trade.  Antifa & BLM -- whose causes are completely just -- will be there to contest them.

Please do not conflate the two.  This is not a "both sides" problem. 

The two runoff Senate elections in Georgia on Jan. 5 are for the whole ball game:  majority control of the Senate.  So, today's episode is a rundown of the can-do's and can't do's that a Mitch McConnell-controlled Senate can have vs. a Senate controlled by people who might actually give a crap about you, your health, and your society.  Plus, some new nifty video stuff in this episode!

Took a couple of weeks off, just to absorb the election and see where it all stands.  So... .now what?  This episode, discussion of what just happened, what they're doing to try and overturn it, and what to expect between now and Inauguration Day.  This one ran a few minutes long, but hey, since my last one was before Election Day, there's been some things to talk about!
