Here's the first official episode of Open Mic Assembly. I'm still surprised that I really followed through with recording an episode, let alone uploading it. I'm extremely proud of myself for this. This is growth and this is progress. In this episode, I talked about following intuitions, the gift of ideas, realizing said ideas, creating, and identifying resistance on the path to creation which can take on many forms. This podcast and this first episode is a testament to everything I talked about. It feels amazing to not let resistance win for probably the first time in my life. I cannot wait to keep on going and I must keep going despite any resistance I may encounter along the way. I tried to be as coherent as possible and make the flow of topics as smooth as possible, but I fear that was not the case. I may have repeated some sentiments more than a couple of times, and my thoughts may have been all over the place, but it is my first time doing this, so please bear with me. I do think and hope that I got my point across, and that you learned something valuable here. Thank you for listening, see you on the next episode!

It's been a long time coming, but I'm finally starting a podcast. After years of putting it off, and procrastinating, and doing anything but... it's time I finally press record and just start. I'm really excited for this new journey and I can't wait to document my thoughts, my feelings, and my stream of consciousness.

This will serve as my journal as well as a creative outlet. I'm looking forward to witnessing how I grow, evolve, and change over time as I embark on this journey.
