    Inside this edition of Phenomenon Radio...

    An unclassified version of Dr. Green's paper, titled 'Clinical Medical Acute & Subacute Field Effects on Human Dermal & Neurological Tissues', was released last year under the Freedom of Information Act and describes symptoms of multiple sclerosis, brain damage, and burns sustained by patients from 'CE-III-IV events' [Close Encounters of the Third and Fourth Kind] – an apparent reference to interactions with, and even abductions by, UFOs. The news comes after Congress approved funding in December for an official government UFO-monitoring program which will include 'an assessment of any health-related effects for individuals that have encountered unidentified aerial phenomena.'

    Many of the descriptions of injuries and Biological effects from radio waves and microwaves appeared as far back as 1976 in a report from The Defense Intelligence Agency titled ‘The Biological effects of Electromagnetic radiation Eurasian Communist Countries.’
    In part it also states that If the more advanced nations of the West are strict in the enforcement of stringent exposure standards, there could be unfavorable effects on industrial output and military functions.

    The 4th show in the series goes back, way back behind the scenes of plasmas, and the players. The tech, where is was working and who was working it!
    Advanced weapons tech during the 70’s and 80’s spoke of Soviet Advanced Weapon Concepts. The released paper goes on to say:
    “Soviet research that will provide necessary background knowledge for several advanced warfare techniques is being actively supported. Because of the nature of this research, three new concepts for defense appear suspect the use of high intensity electromagnetic radiation directed to an aerospace target, the use of beams of particles accelerated to relativistic speeds and directed to an aerospace target and the use of plasma bodies generated and accelerated to a target, or generated for use as a coupling mechanism to facilitate destruction through concentrated electromagnetic energy.”


    Plasma and electromagnetic energy were also discussed as part of a UK Ministry of Defense report titled “ Project Condign” released through a FOIA request by Dr. David Clarke many years later.
