About this listen
Our panel of enhanced care team (ECTs) clinicians discuss how they go into pre-hospital critical care, career pathways, along with some of the challenges, coping mechanisms, tricks and tips.
Panellists:

- Rachel Edwards @rachelgemma90 - PHEM Fellow/Emergency Medicine Registrar
- Dan Fletcher - Critical Care Paramedic
- Ross Leighton - Critical Care Paramedic
The CARE Team is well established as a training platform in which volunteers progress into roles within other Enhanced Care Teams. We've tried to bring together a panel of CARE Team volunteers who are at different stages of their pre-hospital career working with one of the various Enhanced Care Team's within the West Midlands region.
