A young mother of six loving children that I cherish so much. Throughout my years of ups and downs with my children, discussing all the challenges of being a parent with family and friends, I learned about all the things I didn't want for my children. So, I began to seek more information on intentional and gentle parenting, and I realized how much a parenting coach is needed. So, I decided to help parents understand the importance of self-awareness with their children which is, Emotional regulation (both you and your child), Connection before redirection and unconditional love.
