If you have ever felt unheard, disrespected, or the smallest part of a machine that moves forward with or without you, there is something to share and learn here. It is your right to be treated with the same dignity afforded every human being seeking care. We will use our collective energy to shift policy and practice until all patients come first. It's true some people are bad, but most healthcare workers are just caught in a bad system. Let's address getting traction first- then consistently moving the ball forward- taking one goal at a time.
