We have plans. Detailed plans with everything in place. Then, something happens to change those plans. What do you do? Be mindful of your perspective. Be flexible. Flow with the situation. It will work out. Whether you are planning an event or stranded in a foreign country, your perspective, flexibility and flow will get you where you need to be. As we go into 2023, I encourage you to flow like water.

I'm just getting starting on this podcast journey, so I appreciate you joining me.  A little bit about me:  2020 disrupted me in such a way that I reconsidered almost every aspect of my life. I knew I needed to do something different, but I didn't know what or how to start. I didn't talk about my feelings, but I knew I needed change, that I needed to create my change and that I needed to stay changed. It can be demoralizing to know that you need something different but don't know where or how to start.  I was there, and I met so many people who felt the same way. I decided to allow that disruption to be a starting place for creating my plan and in 2020, I founded Excellence in Empowerment with my sister. Excellence in Empowerment helps you design your future self, today. I'm now an executive coach and, very simply, I help people who feel stuck, move forward.
