Emotional support is often not easily accessible to pet parents and as a result, our grief goes unnoticed and unprocessed. After getting a holistic life coaching certification in 2019, Crystal decided to turn the immense pain she felt over the loss of her dog, Baci, into purpose by becoming a certified pet loss grief coach. She recently enrolled in another Grief Care Professional Certificate Program and is looking forward to expanding her knowledge and ability to help others on their grief journey.
