    Our guest this week is none other than co-host Antimo Pizza Chef who is a born and bred from Naples.  Antimo's story is as interesting as it gets.  He wasn't always a professional pizza maker.  He studied economics and then left Italy for Melbourne, Australia where he was then employed and trained as a pizza maker. Antimo became head chef at the prestigious 400 Gradi at Crown Casino and after many years of hard graft and learning the skills it takes Antimo moved on and setup his own pizza catering business whilst becoming an Influencer and an ambassador of the pizza oven manufacturer Ooni.
