Once the carbon dioxide is captured, it can be stored underground in geological formations or used for other industrial purposes. Increase research and development into ways to put these systems on all cars. This combined with preserving and restoring natural ecosystems, such as forests, wetlands, and grasslands, is essential for mitigating climate change and enhancing biodiversity. Healthy ecosystems act as carbon sinks, absorbing and storing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. By conserving these habitats, advancing Carbon Capture for all vehicles, and promoting sustainable land management practices, Canadians can help sequester carbon and protect the environment for future generations.
