Michael Vaughn served 8 years in the U.S. Army as a communication and surveillance specialist. After his military career he went on to be a Lead framing carpenter. Unfortunately due to an accident he could not work being a carpenter anymore and was asked to work with his uncles shop being a plumber. He started apprenticeship in '97. Became a Journeyman in 2000. He has worked at several shops during my career. Left for various reasons. Some closed, some were crooks, some took advantage of employees. Since day one he has worked residential and commercial new construction as well as service. He is a well versed plumber and does not just specialize in one area. as he says he is a special plumber. Michael lives in Owensboro KY where we moved from Paducah KY about six years ago. His wife Teresa and their three dogs who are family. His daughter moved here last year. Michael tried to start a shop in January and it's been tough. Without his master's license he is limited on the work he can until he gets his master license. (In Kentucky you need a masters license to open a shop) He plans on writing his test soon. He just started work at a new shop in May. Here is his story
