    JOIN US! GIVE YOURSELF A PAUSE AND RESET AS WE PRACTICE PEACE TOGETHER

    Compassion means we’re identifying with another’s feelings. …I can see how you’re feeling …I can feel how you’re feeling. This can be overwhelming to experience. How can we envelope and elevate through love. If we are going to use the workd compassion we have to shore it up with love. If we are going to flow compassion we really need to amp it up with love. Love is our strength and our power. It is what anyone in any situation could use more of. Join us in this conversation and meditation on compassion as love.

    HOW CAN WE BENEFIT BY PRACTICING PEACE?


    We can all benefit from this right about now! Self Care is critical during these times. You deserve a high vibe hour to let go, breathe, and focus on allowing more peace and love in.

    Consider this … what we practice, we become. Now consider that everything we do repeatedly is, in essence, a practice. Given this consideration, can you see and feel why getting together with intention and purpose to practice peace (and love! and light!) is a super great plan for the greater good of all?

    Join us! Give yourself a pause and reset as we Practice Peace together.

    Presence is such a powerful thing! What is presence? What does it mean to be present?

    Presence is really the momentum of the forward moving onward and upwardness of Life. Presence is in the breath of momentum that is in the exact moment that is guiding our way forward. If we are going to look forward at all it is looking forward and being in the next breath and the next breath and the next breath. In our Practice Peace practice we continue to come back to the breath. When we drop into our breath it is as close as we can come to what the present moment is. As we are in the center of the breath we become present.

    During this practice with us you will:

    • Suspend from the notion of time as a constraint… dropping into the energy of Presence
    • Think about Presence in a more beautiful way
    • Practice the affirmation, I Am Presence
    • Notice your breath and find yourself within the breath
    • Allow your mind to become quiet
    • Follow your breath
    • Listen for the sound of your breath
    • Slow your breath, making your every breath a relaxed, grace-filled journey
    • Allow your body to move with the breath
    • Drop into the Yes of saying yes to self-care
    • Choose Love and flow the energy of Love through our entire being
    • Say Yes to your gift of Self Love
    • Feel more Present, engaged and online
    • repeat affirmations to allow yourself more presence
    • and more..
