Our vision is to create a movement to re-imagine business and organizational management, coaching and leadership development in an extraordinary moment in time. We want to encourage coaches and leaders to break free from the relentless cycle of ‘higher-bigger-faster’ coaching and leadership.

In every action, we champion intentionality. Our commitment is to ensure that each decision we take aligns with a deeper purpose to push our boundaries, ensuring that leadership and coaching do not lose their value as a result of an oversaturated market.

Our purpose is to create visibility for our coaching education program ‘Integrative Presence’ – The world’s first-ever symbiotic experiential learning set for mastery-seeking coaches and daring leaders.

In doing so, we wish to give high-level professionals and role models in leadership and coaching visibility for pioneering and championing their cause. We’re inspired to invite guests that bring spiritedness around leadership and coaching to our table to achieve our mission.

This being said, The ‘Beyond The Obvious – In Leadership and Coachcing’ series invites daring coaches and seeking leaders in their specific field to bring closer the two instrumental worlds: Leadership and Coaching. That’s because, for us, leadership is coaching, and coaching is leadership.

It’s time to break free from the limitations of traditional coaching methods and leadership models. We’re here to foster a movement that champions authentic, daring leaders and coaches.

To do so, the format we’re offering is a series of bite-sized interviews full of inspired and inspirational knowledge sharing to enable growth ‘beyond the obvious’ in leadership and coaching – feeling empowered to respond to what’s going on in, with and around us with presence-ness. No matter what’s going on around us.

Frequency / Duration of interviews:

We run 1x per month 60-min interviews, and we’ll stop our series if and when it will feel empowering to do so.
