The USL Players Association has yet to come to terms with league headquarters about a new collective bargaining agreement (CBA) that would include a higher league minimum salary and more consistent health and wellness benefits for players across the league. Though this dispute only directly impacts USL Championship clubs at the moment, the ripples may soon be felt throughout USL League One who only has two years left of their current CBA.
