    As a self-identified recovering good girl, I came out the other side of burnout convinced that my people pleasing 'yes' mentality had massively contributed to why I was so exhausted, drained, and ultimately walked away from my previous business altogether.

    Now, as a burnout researcher, I am clearer on exactly what led me to burnout and for my fellow good girls, you definitely need to listen to this one!
