  • What Women Want
    Feb 29 2024

I believe most women want a man who is well-read, confident, self-aware, financially independent, and comfortable communicating his feelings. What concerns me is that some men act like boys by playing mind games like Catfishing, I Like What You Like, the Chameleon, and Bait and Switch. Sadly, they exemplify self-sabotaging behavior and are missing an opportunity to be with a phenomenal woman. Women, remember that you are worth more than a man with a game. Listen in and tell me what you think. R. B.'s Kitchen Talk- Where the Heart Touches the Soul

  • Through the Fire
    Feb 22 2024

In Episode 6 titled Through the Fire, R. B. celebrates the courage and bravery of women who have risen above hardship and abuse to fulfill their purpose and realize joy and fulfillment. She encourages all women to tell their stories of triumph so other women can believe they too can rise above trauma, brokenness, and rejection. R.B. tells us that the fire we've passed through wasn't to destroy us but rather to transform us into gold. We were extracted to be refined and impassioned to empower others.

  • Issues of the Heart: Narcissistic Personality Disorder
    Feb 16 2024

Yes, no one is perfect and this fact levels the playing field. However, our goal should always be to grow for ourselves and for those we are committed to. Growing means looking inwardly to change and address those issues that keep tugging at our heart, causing grief, frustration and anxiety for those we love. If our love is truly unconditional, we will get the help we need to grow beyond the most serious of mental health challenges.
