About this listen

RAW, Real Authentic Woman is a space where I, Lana, sit down at the mic and speak from the soul — raw, real, and unfiltered. It’s about vulnerability, truth, and the conversations we’re all craving but rarely hear. RAW brings people together to feel seen, heard, and connected. It’s about giving a voice to the voiceless, building community through shared honesty, and creating belonging in a world that often feels disconnected. This is about healing, growth, and being human — together. Follow RAW on Instagram: @rawwithlana

  • My frustrations with gym culture.
    Jan 16 2026

I really wanted to explore some of my frustrations that I see in present-day gym culture. I'm definitely no saint in this episode, and I have a lot of hot takes. My experience in being an athlete for so long has led me to the conclusions that I've made, above all, though I really speak about the importance of appreciating all that your body can do and that fitness should be a complement to your health, not a tool to look fit.

  • Burnout.
    Jan 9 2026

Ahh, we are so back. I know it's been a while, and I'm sorry, actually not really, I needed a break. I was burnt out. And that's what this episode is about today. In this episode, I explore what this feels like for me, how it comes about, and what I've been trying to do to pull myself out of it, or rather, accept it as a part of the creative process.

This podcast wouldn't be called Real Authentic Woman if I didn't get real with you guys. In this episode, I am speaking completely off the cuff, no preparation, just me, myself, and the mic. It gets heavy, it gets deep, but it's important to note that the reason I am sharing these vulnerable thoughts with you all is to reach those who need to hear that they're not alone. I think it's important to share the parts of ourselves we are too afraid to let be seen, because it might just help someone else.
