  • 5. Tips for Healing & Moving Forward.
    Oct 25 2020
    #relationshipsunveiled, #mentalhealth, #relationships, #divorce, #marriage, #marriage-help, #marriage problems

On today’s episode of Relationships Unveiled Podcast, we’re talking about tips to healing and moving forward.

I teach you effective ways to let go of the pain you currently have in your relationship or post your loss, breakup or divorce.

Holding on to the past hurt or pain can be a conscious decision just like letting go and moving forward can be a conscious decision.

To let go of past hurts, you need to make the conscious decision to take control of the situation. However, this can take time and practice. Be kind to yourself as you practice refocusing how you see the situation, and celebrate the small victories you have.

My heart is heavy for anyone going through emotional or physical abuse. Remember, each type of abuse is serious, and no one deserves to experience abuse of any kind, for any reason. If you have concerns about what’s happening in your relationship, contact us. We’re here to listen and support you!

On today’s episode of Relationships Unveiled Podcast, we’re talking about how to maintain a personal identity in your relationship or marriage (while staying close to your partner or spouse)

I’ve come up with several ways we can maintain our personal identity, even after years of living self-sacrificially for those we love all the while maintaining a close, jiving relationship with our partner or spouse.

What if the idea of a close, loving, intimate relationship where both individuals are unique, complementary, and have their own skills, favorites, and strengths exist?

I mean, doesn’t that idea just sound beautiful? I’ll share how!
