The Columbia Housing Authority celebrates 70 years this year. One brand new CHA development has just been completed in the past six months, while a complete "to the ground" remodel is going on for their Blind Boone and Park Avenue facilities. Using some federal funds, some state funds, some local funds and investments from local businesses allows the CHA to serve many in Columbia.
