About this listen

Reality TV is my escape. After a long day, there's nothing better than switching off and getting lost in the chaos — the petty arguments, the over-the-top drama, and the moments that make you question everything… but still keep watching.

From my favourite Bravo shows to The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, and of course MAFS Australia when it's in season, I'll be diving into it all. The fights, the friendships, the questionable decisions — and yes, the times when everyone somehow ends up fighting over Craig.

Each week, I'll be sharing my unfiltered thoughts on the latest episodes — who's making sense, who's stirring the pot, and who is completely out of line.

If it's dramatic, messy, and impossible to look away from… I'm watching it — and I'll be talking about it.

  • Reality Rewind with Megan - The Valley Season 3 Episode 3
    Apr 23 2026

Welcome back to Reality Rewind with Megan! Today we're breaking down The Valley, Season 3, Episode 3 — and this one is giving themed chaos in every direction.

Danny and Nia are hosting a Cowboy-inspired housewarming, titled “The Final Frontier,” and they fully commit. Boots, hats, all of it — but the real headline? Danny's accent. What starts as a joke quickly becomes way too much, and by the end of the night, you can feel everyone silently begging him to stop.

Before the party, we check in with Luke, who is — once again — going on about his sex life. But he finally gets what he's been complaining about right before the party, so hopefully we can all all move on now. Luke, please.

We also get a more grounded moment with Brittany and Kristen, who visit a plastic surgeon so Brittany can remove what she calls the “last bit of Jax” from her chest. It's symbolic, a little emotional, and shows she's ready to close that chapter for good, with Kristen supporting her.

At the housewarming, Luke tries to step in as peacemaker between Jason and Danny… and it goes about as well as you'd expect. Instead of smoothing things over, it just adds to the awkward tension already brewing.

Then we have everyone meeting Brittany's new boyfriend, Brandon — and let's just say, first impressions are… loud. He wastes no time jumping into conversations and inserting himself into the drama, giving very familiar energy. It's hard not to notice the similarities to Jax, especially when he just cannot keep his mouth shut. Brittany might have a type, and history could be repeating itself.

Meanwhile, Nia is doing her best to keep things together as host, but the night is already spiraling.

And just when you think we're done, we head out for a girls' night at a Y2K-themed bar. The vibes are fun, the nostalgia is strong — but Michelle quickly stirs the pot by not keeping her mouth shut, pulling Lala and Jasmine into unnecessary drama and turning the night messy fast.

Overall, this episode is a mix of cowboy chaos, questionable behavior, and a whole lot of people talking when they probably shouldn't be.

  • Reality Rewind with Megan - The Valley Season 3 Episode 2
    Apr 22 2026

Welcome back to Reality Rewind with Megan! Today we're diving into The Valley, Season 3, Episode 2 — and wow, there's a lot going on, but also… somehow not much growth from certain people.

We kick things off with Luke, who is once again complaining about his sex life. At this point, it's starting to feel like a broken record. Honestly, he just needs to give Kristen some space instead of constantly putting their issues on blast.

The bulk of the episode takes place at Lala's daughter Sosa's birthday party, which is basically a pastel dream. Think soft colors everywhere, a super curated vibe — and randomly, a very attractive pool lifeguard who catches Lala's attention. She jokes about wanting to be rescued by him, and honestly, it adds a bit of lightness to an otherwise tense gathering.

Then we get into what I'm calling Janet's “apology tour”… except she doesn't actually apologize. She approaches Nia expecting an apology instead, which completely misses the point and sets the tone for some very awkward interactions. It's uncomfortable to watch and doesn't exactly help her case with the group.

Meanwhile, Brittany introduces her new man, Brandon — and he wastes no time jumping straight into the drama. It's giving very familiar energy, especially if you remember her ex. Clearly, Brittany has a type, and it looks like this relationship might come with just as much chaos.

Overall, this episode is a mix of aesthetic party vibes and unresolved tension, with a lot of people talking… but not a lot of accountability happening.

  • The Real Housewives of Rhode Island - Season 1 Episode 1
    Apr 13 2026

Welcome back to Reality Rewind with Megan

In this episode, I'm recapping the premiere of The Real Housewives of Rhode Island Season 1—and what a debut it is.

We're introduced to a brand new cast of seven fabulous women, each bringing their own personalities, drama, and flair to the Rhode Island scene. From first impressions to early tensions, it's clear these ladies are not here to play nice for long.

This season promises everything we love from Housewives—friendships forming, feuds brewing, and plenty of entertaining moments along the way. And if the first episode is anything to go by, we are in for a seriously fabulous ride.

I'm already intrigued, already picking sides (maybe ), and I can't wait to see how it all unfolds.

As always, thanks for listening—and I hope you enjoy the recap!
