On today’s episode we are discussing the topic of Setting Boundaries. Being able to set boundaries and stick firmly to them can be a freeing and jarring all at the same time. Most of us can simply say NO and not think twice about it and others of us, like myself may find it more difficult because we are wired to think people need to like us. Well, today we are going to dive deep into why boundaries are important, why others who don't respect them are not good for you and when is the right time to start setting boundaries.
