Relationships are hard.

I’m no good at them.

Well, that’s what I tell myself when I find myself caught up in another messy interaction.

Are relationships hard or is it the people in them that make them hard?

You can’t have a relationship without people! So, it must be the people?

In my relationships, I think maybe its me?

My mind won’t shut the f**k up. It’s always telling me how awful I am, how fat I am, how unworthy I am.

And, I’ve f**ken had ENOUGH!

The best part is, I don’t actually have to listen to this mean voice inside my head anymore.

But, now comes the hard part. Cleaning up all of its mess and getting rid of every single f**ked up word it has ever spoken to me.

This is my therapy. My way of healing. And, sharing all I have learnt over the last few years.

So, enjoy my f**ked up thoughts every fortnight.

With work, home life, family and all of that stuff, fortnightly is all I can achieve right now. And, that’s ok! I’m here. I’m doing it. I’m loving it.

So, keep on shouting “SHUT THE F**K UP!”.
