Playing the Unassuming Assassin in Survivor Season 43 With Mike Gabler AKA The AlliGabler

In this episode we have the Survivor Season 43 Champion take us beneath the surface of his game play to understand how he was able to navigate the primal side of tribal council to near perfection. Mike Gabler is a Heart Valve Specialist by training and profession, who has a penchant for helping people. He's a lover of life and he takes us on his journey to get busy living, or get busy dying, where he chooses the former. His motto is, "Life is short, life is now. You've got to live it." That's his spin to the teachings of 1800's existential philosopher, Soren Kierkegaard, to anchor infinite possibility with necessity.

Gabler is a living testament to taking action and living life to the fullest. He graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University, but not before becoming the Texas state light heavyweight boxing champion in 1992. From there he broke out into a career in the medical device field which allowed him to work with legends in the industry that ultimately led him to a cutting edge technology and practice called, TAVR, or Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement. He's worked his way up through hard work and taking action following the philosophy of Patient, Practice, Program. This has brought him immense success in his career by always putting the patient first.

As if the success in his career wasn't enough to put on his resume, he decided to apply for Survivor before the age of 50 years old where he ultimately made it on by the age of 52. His resume boasts record breaking time in the bucket challenge which one him immunity, record breaking time in the fire challenge to get to the final three (his record was short lived as Season 44 player set a new record), and he is the very first Survivor winner to donate all of his winnings to charity.

This episode we talk strategy with one of the youngest survivor contestants. Sami Layadi joins us to discuss his time on the islands of Fiji fighting for his chance to win the ultimate prize of Survivor champion. Before he set off for the game at the age of 19, he was working at an animal crematory and attending class.

In this episode we sit down with an NYC bar owner that put his thesis to the test and went all in running one of newest, hottest bars on the east side called Sucker Punch. Noah aka Whoisagentorange shares his vision that gave him the opportunity to clip the golden handcuffs in corporate America. He knew that he was good at two things, bringing people together and having a good time. So, what better way than to own a bar.

We met Noah through a Barstool Sports reality show called Project Verified where Ryan was on Noah's team. They stayed in touch and that allowed us the opportunity to dive into the business venture that is now Sucker Punch. Rather than being a bar focused around a particular sports team beholden to highs and lows of the team, as well as, the active season, he put his spin on the vision and decided to run a bar that was central to a sport that is year round, UFC and boxing!

Getting Street Smart in Door to Door Sales for Wholesaling Real Estate With Ben Jensen

This episode is all about practicing your craft in door to door sales to build out a real estate wholesaling business. Ben Jensen shares how he was able to take the experiences learned selling security systems and solar door to door, which he used to then start wholesaling real estate. Through repetition and grit he mastered his craft that allowed him to implement the same systems and practices for larger scale with larger commissions, all while finishing school at The University of Oklahoma!

Ben is using the pipeline to funnel deals towards his business which allows him to close deals through traditional methods, as well as, creative methods which has become his focus. We get to hear a deal deep dive he recently structured where he put no money down and cash flows positively every month by simply putting the deal together through a strategy called Subject To financing with a seller and added a wrap around mortgage for an end buyer. This is next level strategy he breaks down which will be the new wave of structuring deals this coming decade!
