About this listen
Michael and Kayla discuss the Hebrew praise word, Barak. Barak is a humble posture of praise and is translated “blessing” 302 times in the Old Testament.
We praise God on our knees in a different physical and heart posture than we do on our feet. As Michael said, there is healing in the kneeling! Though at one point he also said “God is in the but” but we won’t hold that against him! Michael and Kayla want to encourage all believers to find freedom in the church to explore these different praise actions!
