Today, I am sharing a few lessons I learned during my last three months in Montreal. These are personal lessons that you can apply to your leadership health.

I knew I had to take the step to seize the opportunities, but I still felt stuck waiting on God to move. The Holy Spirit showed me that you take the first step, and God will do the rest. I have seen the hand of the Lord upon my life and work. It is the process, not always the results, that builds capacity. The Father deeply loves me.

Your heart as a leaders require stillness to heal, be awakened, and instructed. Stillness is not wasting time, rather it is the hard work of discipline to hear God. To give Him time to share His blueprint for your assignment and work.

The Sacred Pause is about the need for a season of consecration. A time to fast, more time in the word and intentionally hearing God. It is in these still and undistracted times that we can hear God. This episode deals with the importance of paying attention to the welfare of your innermost being. God has something the share with you and you want to hear your own heart.
