Rik is joined by Rich Sedei to talk entrepreneurial spirit and starting your own business.

Dr. Rich Sedei was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. He attended Texas A&M University (TAMU) in College Station, Texas for his undergraduate degree. There he played lacrosse for the men's team and completed a degree in biology. After college, Dr. Sedei moved to Portland, OR for chiropractic school at the University of Western States. While attending chiropractic school, he was in a horrific car crash, which caused him to suffer multiple fractures in his neck, in addition to disc and ligament injuries throughout the remainder of his spine. He has since recovered well from his injuries with the help of conservative care, rehabilitation exercises, and regenerative medicine. His experience prompted his pursuit of becoming a specialist in traumatic injuries related to auto accidents. In his practice, he draws from his personal and professional experience to help guide his patients, staff, and attending physicians through the nuances of significant physical injuries and the hurdles imposed by insurance companies. In addition to a doctorate degree, Dr. Sedei holds a master's degree in sports medicine, is a certified federal medical examiner, and also holds advanced certifications in whiplash & traumatology. He is currently the Medical Director for Accident Care Chiropractic, which spans across the pacific northwest, specializing in auto injuries. Dr. Sedei is often asked to testify in medico-legal cases as an expert witness in his field. In his free time, Dr. Sedei continues to enjoy coaching and playing lacrosse at a competitive level, doing jiu-jitsu, exploring Portland’s restaurant scene, and traveling.
