The boys from Ripe with Wisdom are back! We're back from our winter hiatus and ready to start season 2 of Ripe with Wisdom!! In this episode we talk about our favorite interviews from last year, what we look forward to this year and we talk about how Jesse made some Rose this year!

In this episode we had the pleasure of talking to our dear friend Savannah Preuss. We take a deep dive into how she went from studying to be in the medical field to working in the wine industry and getting her Masters in Cornell where she wrote her thesis on yeast strains. Funny, enthusiastic, and full of life, Savannah plans to bring her passion of wine to the world with the best pinot ever made.

In this episode we talk to Luies Gallegos the owner and winemaker of his own label Surcos Wines. We talk to his wife Paola and potentially the future winemaker of Surcos, his son Santi. Luies talks to us about his family, his legacy and his journey through the wine industry where eventually he starts a family-oriented wine label. We also hear Paola and Santi’s perspective on how Luies started his own wine label.

In this episode we talk to Paz Del Rescate, Winemaker, Enologist, and trained musician. He has gone on a journey from Texas all the way to Sonoma County, with a fiddle by his side. We interview Paz about his experiences across the board from family to corporate wine work and his passion for music. And let me tell ya, this man can play.
