Starting of the new year on a strong and positive note I reflect back at how far I have come and I talk about reaching the other side of depression and the intermediary part of it that I had to go through. Reflecting back on 2020 I speak on the deeper meaning behind the universal shifts and how we can use this time to enhance and 'wake up' while sending love and light to all those who have experienced tragedy during this time. We touch on energy, understanding it, how to handle being alone and I speak about how to bounce back and emerge as a 'hybrid', based off of my own experience.

After four episodes of zoom interviews I go back to basics, just me and the mic, and I catch you all up on what's been going on in my mental space and energetic sphere. I speak about gratitude, the transition from severe depression to where I am now, universal energy shifts, my perspective moving forward and just the overall "deep conversations" you can expect from me. In the final episode of the first round of my zoom interviews I chatted with Anesu, founder of Anesu Couture. She is an engineering student, artist and business owner currently residing in China. We talked about music, art, her journey through pain and how she overcame it. She spoke about starting a clothing brand, the ins and outs that go with it and how living fair away from home has affected her. We got a sneak peak into her as a person, the girl behind the brand and it was a pleasure getting to know her more. I think this interview could be insightful to future brand owners and anyone willing to listen to it.
