Sarah tells the story of how she went from sweeping at Henley Royal Regatta to sculling for Morocco, offers some tips for training during Ramadan, and shares some insight into the career and leadership opportunities for young student-athletes in Philadelphia.

Colin shares what he finds so compelling about bringing rowing races to viewers via livestream, explains what happens behind the scenes to make these livestreams possible, and introduces his brand new feature-length documentary film, It's a Philly Thing, premiering on January 10th at the Suzanne Roberts Theatre at 6pm.
