    Back in 2013–2014, I started a podcast but ended up deleting everything because I was scared people I knew might hear it. Fast forward to today — while digging through some old files, I found one episode that somehow survived. Instead of leaving it buried, I figured it was the perfect way to kick off this new chapter.

    What you’ll hear is a time capsule: a younger, more uncertain version of me talking about a fear I think a lot of people can relate to. It doesn’t always make sense, but it’s real — and it’s me. Enjoy!
