Set intentional goals - in setting goals it creates a roadmap for the journey ahead. Clear goals offer direction and purpose in the pursuit of new beginnings.
Celebrate small wins - celebrating small victories along the way acknowledges progress and boosts confidence. Recognizing achievements, no matter how minor, contributes to a positive and motivated mindset during times of transition.
