A few ways to rest in the wait:

• Art of surrender - to surrender is to let go of control during seasons of waiting. It is important to release attachment to outcomes and trust in God’s timing, even when the path forward is unclear.

• Finding peace in stillness - exploring practices and techniques for finding peace and serenity amongst the uncertainty of waiting.

• Nurturing self-care - self-care is significant during times of uncertainty. It is important to prioritize self-care and incorporate practices that nourish the mind, body, and spirit.
