  • Looking Back at a Year of Change and Achievements For SCF
    Dec 21 2025

To close out 2025 on the Highway To Hope Podcast, we brought together a panel that features SCF Board President Norita Taylor, SCF Executive Director Courtney Niemann and SCF Director of Philanthropy Diane Hutsell to look back at what has been a year of change and continued achievement for the organization. As you will hear, Norita, Courtney and Diane all started their current roles with SCF in 2025.

In a discussion that was led by Podcast Host Lindsey Bryan, who is also the Health & Wellness Manager at SCF, the group looks back on the meaningful moments, leadership transitions, community engagement, donor relationships and the challenges they must navigate in today’s industry landscape. They emphasize the importance of grace, balance, and focus in their work and pursuing SCF’s mission, while looking forward to an exciting 2026 with new initiatives and continued support for drivers in need.

Most importantly, what really shines through in this conversation is the joy and fulfillment that the SCF Team continually finds in the work they do to help professional drivers and their families. • Newest SCF Board Member Rob Duda Committed To Giving Back
    Dec 2 2025

In honor of Giving Tuesday, we would like to introduce you to Rob Duda, the newest member of the all-volunteer SCF Board of Directors. As you will hear in this interview with Rob, he has been supporting the work and mission of SCF for many years through giving of his time and talents to the organization. Rob is an accomplished communications professional who had been introduced to the trucking industry several years ago while working on a client initiative. Part of Rob’s work on behalf of the client brought him to the Mid-America Trucking Show.

It was during his first trip to MATS that Rob paid a visit to the St. Christopher Truckers Relief Fund booth. Rob was so impressed with the work and mission of SCF that he talked to his company’s leadership about finding ways to help SCF. From crafting press releases to contributing his expertise on other communications efforts, Rob has become an invaluable resource for SCF. This year, Rob was asked to serve on the SCF Board of Directors. SCF Health Wellness Manager Lindsey Bryan catches up with Rob as he shares his career journey, what SCF means to him and the important lessons he learned from a memorable mentor.
