English Episode 214 Finishing the UTMB Jeju 70 Km!

On October 18, Yuta successfully completed the UTMB Jeju 70km race held on Jeju Island, South Korea!
This 70km trail run was another “Misogi” challenge for him this year.

What was going through his mind during the race?
What changed within him after crossing the finish line?
And how did it feel to take on this challenge so soon after completing an Ironman?

先日10月18日韓国の済州島で開催された、UTMB Jeju 70 Km無事完走しました！

Yutaの今年のもう一つのMisogiである Trail 70km

レース中になにを思ったか、完走して変わったことはなにか。

アイアンマン完走すぐでの挑戦、どんな気持ちで走っていたのか。

Misogiを終えてみてどうだったのか？！
