 For over 25 years, Jon Pedersen has been celebrated as a top performer in sales and sales management. He began his career in retail sales, becoming the youngest store director at just 19 years old. His exceptional recruiting and sales management skills led to a promotion as a regional recruiter for Tradehome, one of the largest shoe retailers in the U.S. It was during Tradehome's 75th anniversary, when he was invited to speak, that he discovered his passion for speaking and training others. The legendary Joe Salzano of Clarks Footwear told Jon he should continue speaking and inspiring others.
After his retail career, Jon worked for media giants TCI, AT&T, and Mediacom, where he won eight national sales and marketing awards and set a potential industry record with 30 consecutive months of surpassing his sales targets. Jon values his relationships with clients above all else. He has worked with colleges, regional health centers, numerous financial institutions, and various small to medium-sized businesses, discovering that his brand of success is centered around people.
With extensive experience in corporate America and his own business ventures, Jon knows how to motivate and inspire teams to achieve their best.
