About this listen

Host: Steve Baumgartner

Founder of the SACRED Code & Leader of the Sacred Gentleman Movement

There is a rising movement of men who refuse to remain silent, passive, or spiritually disconnected. A generation of husbands and fathers is waking up to the truth that the world needs strong men again. Men of conviction. Men of faith. Men who lead with courage, presence, and purpose.

The Sacred Gentleman Podcast is the voice of that movement.

Many men look successful from the outside, yet privately feel empty on the inside. They feel disconnected from God, unsure how to lead their homes, distant from their wives, and overwhelmed by the pressure to hold everything together. Culture encourages men to shrink, to soften, and to lose themselves. God calls them to rise.

This podcast exists to guide men into that rise. Host Steve Baumgartner leads men through the SACRED Code, a spiritual and masculine formation path designed to rebuild the man from the inside out.

· Sanctify the Man

· Align with the Call

· Craft the Vision

· Rebuild the Temple

· Engage in Brotherhood

· Deploy the Legacy

The Sacred Gentleman Movement began with Fire Forged Leader; a message focused on discipline and ownership. That message awakened many men. But God began to refine the mission. What started as physical discipline became spiritual awakening. What started as leadership coaching became masculine discipleship. Fire Forged Leader grew into something deeper, more sacred, and more aligned with God’s design for men. It became the Sacred Gentleman Movement.

This movement is not about hype or motivation. It is about transformation. It is about restoring biblical masculinity, rebuilding the home, strengthening marriages, reclaiming fatherhood, anchoring identity in Christ, and forging men into leaders who carry generational impact.

Each episode blends Scripture, practical frameworks, one-on-one coaching tone, personal stories, and tactical steps that equip men to lead with spiritual clarity and masculine steadiness.

Topics include:

· Biblical masculinity and spiritual leadership

· Marriage, intimacy, and emotional presence

· Fatherhood and generational impact

· Breaking limiting beliefs through biblical mindset work

· Fitness, discipline, and honoring the body as a temple

· Spiritual warfare explained in practical, grounded terms

· Purpose, calling, and mission-driven direction

· Brotherhood, accountability, and masculine refinement

· Legacy as a husband, father, leader, and man of God

Who this movement is for:

Men who feel the pressure of life but know they were made for more. Men who want to lead with strength, presence, and wisdom. Men who want to build a home that thrives, a marriage that deepens, a family that follows their leadership, and a legacy that stands long after they are gone.

This is a movement for husbands, fathers, Christian leaders, entrepreneurs, and every man who senses that God is calling him higher.

If you are ready to live by a sacred standard, to walk with God, to lead boldly, and to become the man your family and your generation needs, this podcast is your entry point into the Sacred Gentleman Movement.

Welcome to The Sacred Gentleman Podcast.
Welcome to the movement.
Welcome to the Masculine Reformation.

  • What is Christian Love?
    Jan 19 2026

    Send us a text

    Episode Summary
Christian men are often taught that love means being agreeable, quiet, and non-confrontational. Strength gets labeled as dangerous. Clarity gets confused with cruelty. And over time, men don’t rebel against truth — they slowly stand down from it.

In this episode, we confront how love has been reshaped by comfort and culture rather than Scripture. We define love simply and biblically: wanting the absolute best for another person, even when it costs comfort, approval, or ease.

From marriage and fatherhood to work and community, this conversation explores how love changes based on responsibility — and why flattening love into “niceness” leaves everyone weaker. This is a call back to presence, order, and disciplined strength.

  • Why Young Men Leave Church | How to Shepard Them
    Jan 12 2026

    Send us a text

Young men aren’t leaving the church because faith asks too much.
They’re leaving because too often it costs nothing.

In this episode of the Sacred Gentlemen Podcast, we explore what actually happens when a young man walks back into a faith community — and why so many quietly disappear again. He isn’t looking for arguments, programs, or inspiration. He’s watching the men already there.

    Young men don’t attach first.
    They assess.

They measure belief by posture before words.
    By discipline before doctrine.
By whether faith is embodied or merely performed.

Drawing from Scripture, research, and lived observation, this conversation challenges older men to recognize a responsibility we don’t get to opt out of: every man in the room becomes a reference point — whether he wants to or not.

    This episode covers:

    • Why presence matters more than programs
    • Why authority must be embodied before it’s claimed
    • Why formation happens through proximity, not advice
    • Why the return of young men will not sustain itself without visible, ordered lives
    • Why faith that costs nothing is never strong enough to organize a life

This is not a call to perfection.
    It’s a call to responsibility.

  • Men Searching for Order: Why Faith Is Pulling Men Back
    Jan 5 2026

    Send us a text

Men aren’t searching for comfort — they’re searching for order.

In this episode of The Sacred Gentleman Podcast, Steve Baumgartner explores why more men are returning to faith—not for emotion, tradition, or cultural pressure, but for structure, truth, and moral clarity.

This conversation begins with a deeply personal phone call from a young man wrestling with faith, identity, and responsibility. From there, Steve unpacks what the data is showing, what the Church is getting wrong, and why men are rejecting watered-down Christianity in favor of faith that demands something of them.

    This episode confronts:

    • Why men don’t thrive in confusion or spiritual fog
    • Why structure strengthens men instead of limiting them
    • What’s driving men back to faith across generations
    • The difference between self-created identity and God-given order
    • How faith impacts marriage, fatherhood, mental health, and leadership
    • Why biblical masculinity isn’t about perfection, but repentance and mission

    Men don’t grow under comfort.
    They grow under clarity.
