In the second edition of The Management Advantage Podcast, we talk about the tangled web of how our team came to be. In the 20+ of TMA's existence, we've built a strong relationship revolving around wildlife management. Even living in different locations, the bond and friendships have remained with the common goal of "gaining the advantage through proper management".

In a joint collaboration between The Management Advantage and Base Camp Country Real Estate, the guys discuss the blank slate of a large property in Alabama, Cedar Heights. Wildlife management is about food, water, and cover. On a property of this scale, it's important to temper expectations because not everything can be done in a year. This will be a long term process dividing the farm into sections and working on them incrementally. The possibilities are endless with food plots, native warm season grasses, clearcuts, and watching the whitetail and turkey respond.
