Episode 4 of Salonika Secrets sees the start of a brand new series on the podcast telling the stories of the fallen officers of the 10th Hampshire Regiment during the Salonika Campaign.

The series starts telling the tale of Lieutenant John Howard Tanner who was killed on the 15th September 1916 and is buried in the Struma Military Cemetery in Greece.

In Episode 2 of Salonika Secrets I give an update on the search to identify the Unknown British Officer in the Doiran Military Cemetery, Greece.

The grave belongs to that of an officer from the 12th Battalion, Hampshire Regiment who died on the 24th April/25th April 1917 and in the podcast I reveal the life stories of some of the four potential candidates.

In the very first episode of Salonika Secrets I tell the story and the possibility of trying to identify an unknown British Officer of the First World War in the Doiran Military Cemetery, Greece.

At the time of recording, I believe it could be one of two missing officers from the 10th Devonshire Regiment, Second Lieutenant Norman Fellowes Prynne or Lieutenant William Reginald Francis Miller.
