  • Barrier Cities: New Orleans - Episode 5: Enter Sandman
    Jan 6 2026

As the party presses deeper into the bayou, a harrowing glimpse into Onyx’s past casts a long shadow over the present. Old wounds and forgotten truths rise to the surface just as a dangerous spirit encounter fractures the group’s sense of safety. When a familiar presence turns violent, the crew must act fast to protect one of their own, only to discover that the threat they’re facing is far more complicated...and far more crowded than expected.

A chaotic confrontation erupts as spirits, illusions, and shifting identities collide, forcing the party into a desperate fight for survival. Loyalties are tested, unexpected powers emerge, and the cost of outside interference becomes brutally clear. When the dust finally settles, the group makes a tense escape through the swamp, steering toward a hopeful refuge that may offer answers, healing…or an entirely new kind of danger.

  • PATREON PREVIEW: Krampusnacht - Christmas One Shot PREVIEW
    Dec 23 2025

Hamburg, 1999. Snow clings to iron railings and the Elbe breathes fog into narrow streets lit by trembling amber lamps. Church bells toll too slowly, and something old listens from the dark. An unlikely band is drawn together on the eve of the holiday, following whispers of hoofbeats and chain-rattle through alleyways and forgotten halls. As the night deepens, myth sharpens its claws: Krampus walks, and his plan nears its end. To stop him, the heroes must face the cost of belief—and what waits for those who look away.

  • Barrier Cities: New Orleans - Episode 4: You Can't Judge A Book By The Dampness Of The Cover
    Dec 9 2025

Deep in the Louisiana bayou, life and death twist together in the shadows. What begins as a story of nature’s balance soon curdles into something far darker: a tale of creation gone wrong and vengeance born from the swamp itself.

A strange figure watches over these waters, half-man, half-monster, haunted by what he’s lost and what he’s become. When a scavenging mission turned adventure brings new friends to his island, old wounds are ripped open and buried secrets rise with the tide as ghosts from the past make an appearance as well.

Magic flickers where it shouldn’t, and familiar faces prove not to be what they seem. By the time dawn breaks, blood stains the water, and a new kind of horror takes hold.

Some spirits never rest. Some only wait for the right body to wear.

    Content Warning:

This episode contains descriptions of real-world animal practices, including the collection of wild alligators for breeding and farming. It also discusses the harvesting of alligators for their skin and meat, as well as certain extreme methods involving the killing of adult alligators and the culling of entire clutches rather than releasing them back into the wild. Listener discretion is advised, especially for those who may find discussions of animal harm or ethical treatment distressing.
