She provides a glimpse into the chess teams of Chiddix Jr. High School and Evans Jr. High School. Both schools have seen success winning multiple state championships within the last ten years!
Segment 2: 15:28-32:43- In our 2nd segment, Tim Franz sits down with Normal West Science teacher and STEM coordinator, David Weber. Mr. Weber shares with us the integral parts of the program whereas completion of it results in an associate degree through Heartland Community College by the time they graduate from high school.
Segment 3: 32:50-48:51- In our final segment Dayna Brown, sits down with newly elected school board member, Alex Williams and reelected board member, Kelly Pyle as they share with her information about themselves including why they embarked on the journey of being school board members. The interview provides insight into their roles and what goals they have for Unit 5.
