    Katina O’Neal is happily married to her wonderful husband, Mario O’Neal, for 26 years. They are blessed with three children and two beautiful grandchildren. With over 25 years of experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management, she was honored as Employee of the Year at the largest rural hospital in the Southern Region. Katina has trained employees on the CARES principles (compassion, accountability, respect, expectation, and smile), emphasizing the mission and vision of their organization. Additionally, she served on the Press Ganey Survey team and was a WW (formerly Weight Watchers) Wellness Coach for over 10 years.

    Currently, Katina is a senior indoor instructor at Pedal Life and a Board Member at Mantachie Rural Health Clinic. As a member of Life Changing Ministries, she has contributed to various departments and was a founding member of Transformation Tupelo with the John Maxwell Leadership Team. She is a certified speaker, coach, and trainer with John Maxwell and has been featured in Faces of Tupelo. Katina’s goal is to inspire, encourage, and uplift people to live healthier lives. Her passion for people drives her to motivate and support them. Additionally, she hosts a podcast, Motivate with KO, available on all digital platforms.

    As a life-long Mississippian, Suzy Bowman has stepped into leadership roles in her state that have helped revitalize K-12 education in the work she has done as one of the founding members of the Career Coach Program in Mississippi. Taking her knowledge from that initiative, she moved into the next phase of her career as an Ecosystem Workforce Coordinator in North Mississippi as one of the regional team members of the newly created State Office of Workforce Development known as Accelerate MS. Having her regional efforts noticed for grassroots programming, Suzy was approached with the opportunity to lead the efforts of bringing a new educational non-profit to the state of Mississippi as the Director for Junior Achievement. Suzy is currently serving as the Appalachian Regional Commission Leadership Institute Fellow for the state of Mississippi where she works with 13 other state leaders across Appalachia. Suzy loves tennis and also serves the youth in her community through coaching, where she is an 8-time state champion tennis coach. A life of public service to youth and passion for workforce development, Suzy is on a mission to move Mississippi forward as she serves in various roles in her region and state. Appointed as one of the youngest members of the Commission on the Future of Northeast Mississippi and current president for her local non-profit chapter of Junior Auxiliary, Suzy tries her best to live out God’s command in 1 Peter 4:10, “As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another.” Suzy has been married to her husband Bo Bowman for 22 years and they have two sons, Bradyn (16) and Brace (11).

    Cerritos Johnson, a native of Shannon, Mississippi, is happily married to Marco Johnson, celebrating 11 years together. Their family is a source of immense pride, including two wonderful children: Santavious Foster, aged 27, and Kortlyn Wells, who is 18.

    Cerritos embarked on her educational journey at Shannon High School before pursuing further studies at ICC, where she earned her Associates degree. Continuing her quest for knowledge, she attended The University of Mississippi, achieving both a Bachelor's in Secondary Education and a Masters in Teaching English as a Second Language. Later, she furthered her education at Arkansas State University, graduating with a Specialist in Administration degree.

    Throughout her career in education, spanning over two decades in the Tupelo Public School District, Cerritos has held various roles, from Special Education teacher to English teacher. Currently, she serves as a dedicated Student Service Coordinator at Tupelo Career-Technical Center, making a positive impact on students' lives daily.

    Recently, Cerritos decided to diversify her professional portfolio and ventured into real estate. Joining Coldwell Banker, she has excelled, earning recognition as a Multi-Million dollar Top Producing agent.

    Outside of work, Cerritos treasures moments spent with her family, enjoying vacations and the occasional shopping spree. She lives by the words of Walt Disney: "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them," a philosophy that drives her to strive for excellence in all endeavors.

Her Salon, Naturally Speaking, is the first licensed hair braiding salon in the state of MS. She has traveled across the nation and abroad telling her
    story.

    1. She Successfully lobbied the State of Mississippi and fought to free would be hair braiders from needing to acquire a cosmetology license to practice their craft.

    3. She has testified before Congress.

    4. She was Featured in an article in Essence magazine October 2019.

    5. She has Appeared on the John Stossel show in New York City.

    8. One of five women across the world Shopify featured in a documentary Beauty Mark.
