She Lives Truth was created for the single mom who loves God, honors His Word, and is still asking hard questions after real trauma. Here we talk honestly about post-abuse separation, co-parenting with a high-conflict or narcissistic ex, trauma bonds, gaslighting, and the deep confusion that can follow even within faith communities.

Have you ever felt unseen, misunderstood, or even silenced after leaving a relationship marked by narcissistic or emotional abuse especially when your decision to separate was made to protect yourself and your children? Why does it sometimes feel like the church doesn’t have honest answers for women who are rebuilding after abuse, separation, or divorce?

Through Scripture, biblical wisdom, and lived experience, I’ll help you learn how to:

  • Recognize and replace lies with God’s truth
  • Understand trauma through a biblical lens
  • Rebuild your identity, faith, and motherhood after abuse
  • Walk in discipline, purity, and peace even in the aftermath
  • Rise strong without bitterness, fear, or shame

If you’ve been misunderstood by friends or family…
If your pain has been spiritualized away…
If you’re choosing holiness while still healing…

You are not alone. This is a place of truth, restoration, and encouragement for women who refuse to give up on God, on themselves, or on the calling to raise their children in a world full of lies.

  • Hope when it feels like you're falling apart
    Jul 5 2026

Hey there, I know you are bone tired and that's okay.

Some days you'll feel strong, focused, and like you're finally moving forward. Other days, it may feel like everything is unraveling. I've been there too. In this episode, I share some of my own experiences from my healing journey. I've too had days when I didn't want to get out of bed, didn't feel like eating, didn't trust people, or didn't want to do anything at all.

Those feelings are real, but they don't have to become your permanent home. Healing sometimes means intentionally taking one small step forward, even when you don't feel like it. We'll talk about leaning into community, reaching out to trusted friends, and reminding ourselves that we don't have to carry the weight alone.

If you're feeling like you're falling apart, this episode is for you. And if you need a friend to remind you that you're not alone, I'm here for you.

    May 18 2026

Hi Friend, On todays episode of we’re talking about healing after separation and the impact post-separation abuse can have on both mothers and children. This episode is a reminder that our healing matters not just for us, but for the little eyes watching us survive, rebuild, and grow. As we learn to cope, set healthy boundaries, and lean into God’s healing, we become stronger, safer, and more present for the children we love most.

  • The F Word
    May 3 2026

The F Word isn’t what you think. It’s forgiveness. In this episode, we unpack what it really means to release the debts of those who have wronged us, without excusing the pain or dismissing accountability. Through the lens of Scripture, we explore the weight and power of forgiveness, and the sobering truth that we are called to forgive so that we, too, can be forgiven.

Forgiveness isn’t weakness. It’s freedom. When we hold onto bitterness, anger, and the desire for revenge, those roots begin to grow deep within us. But when we choose to surrender those burdens to God, we step into healing, peace, and trust in His justice. This is one of the hardest steps in the journey but also one of the most powerful.
