    Happy 2026! No time like the present to deal with a long time lingering problem- My broken Vagina! Yep, that's right friends, I have Vulvodynia but & more specifically Vulvar Vestibulitis, fancy words for chronic pelvic pain, which I've suffered from since my early 30s. I've been in denial for awhile now and haven't addressed this issue in a long time, so I figured, here I am co-creating a podcast that embodies women's empowerment, recognition and perseverance, so it seems strange that I've been unwilling to deal with my broken vagina until now, but hey, again it's a new year and I gotta try to get back on track and see what can be done. Besides, it's not everyday that I get to talk about my vagina! Yay! Join me in my journey, as I seek out medical assistance and try new things to re- address this issue. Joining me in future episodes will be both my Doctor & my Pelvic floor therapist, so stay tuned! And I'd sure love to hear from you if you too suffer from chronic pelvic pain. We'd LOVE the opportunity to talk to other women who are willing to share their stories and see if we can't make this a bigger conversation, since unfortunately Women's health continues to be significantly underfunded. These Sheelas didn't mess around and we're willing to fearlessly fight for the freedom of more than 3,000 Chinese immigrant girls and women, from forced prostitution or indentured servitude, working tirelessly from 1895 to 1934. Her harrowing & dangerous missions never kept her from accomplishing her goal to rescue these women, working tirelessly from 1895 to 1934.
