    Jake is a Chef whom I've met through freelancing in Bristol. After working for about 2 years in a Green Michelin Star restaurant earning several promotions and reaching the position of Junior Sous chef. He is now moving to London for his next big challenge.

    In this episode, we have a brief chat about cheffing, Jake's experience skydiving, hospitality and of course, Bristol. Expect to see him on the podcast again at some point ;)
