• Using Hypnotherapy To Heal Childhood Trauma Traci Blank
    Mar 6 2023

Hypnotherapy can provide you with the tools you need to take control of your life and even get off medication. It’s a natural method of going into your subconscious mind daily to pass the critical factor. When a new thought comes into your mind, the critical factor checks the thought against what you already believe to be the truth. If the thought aligns with what we believe, it lets it reinforce its ideas, and if it doesn’t, it kicks it back to the conscious mind. To heal from trauma, you need to open the critical factor to get into the subconscious mind without thoughts being kicked back and forth. Hypnosis allows you to relax and let your subconscious mind be in control without filtering or worrying about things. Hypnotherapy is knowing how the mind works and using that information to make your mind work for you. All the answers you are looking for are within you. Learn how to be in control of yourself.

Join the conversation with Traci Blank as she shares about childhood trauma, healing it with hypnotherapy, and how it can help Single Parents raise their children and heal from trauma. Traci started her career in social work and worked for the state of NJ, helping children with mental and behavioral health issues and in the nonprofit world before transitioning to hypnotherapy. Today, Traci is a medical support clinical hypnotherapist committed to helping people be their best selves.
