    How do you solve growth problems? 

    Lately, I've been obsessed with the idea of "scale."

    It has changed the problems I choose to focus on solving for my clients. It has changed the way I think about entrepreneurship, product development, growth marketing, operations, and so on.

    For some months now, I've been thinking about curating the best insights from thousands of articles and dozens of books on the subject, and synthesising something like a book.

    But I was hesitant to start until now because I felt there is so much I don't know.

    What stops us from start writing, curating and sharing knowledge about the topics we are interested in is often the imposter syndrome, the feeling that we have to be the master of a topic before we can talk about it.

    Jim Collins' foreword to Stephen Covey's The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People (25th Edition) was an eye-opener for me.

    We forget that there is great value in humility. There is no shame in being a "student."

    Covey doesn't take credit for the principles he discovered in his books.

    Collins' Twitter bio reads: "Jim Collins is a student and teacher of what make great companies tick and author or co-author of six books, including Good to Great and Built to Last."

    One of the greatest pain points that I'm trying to solve is productizing and scaling my knowledge and skills.

    Over the next months, I'll share my readings, findings and insights from my journey as I try to solve the problem of scale in my life and business.
