    Jimmy Lim went to Bali for Balinese Gamelan Festival, archiving sounds of the show and the people whose hands created the instrument: I Wayan Sukarta, a 74 year old Balinese Gamelan Craftsmen in Gianyar, Bali.

    These are sounds deeply rooted in the veins of Bali, so to say that I “found” them is an insult. They found me, in my desire to understand time, and resonances that ripples with it.
