Pitching our tents in places in or near "the world" is part of the call, but can also be dangerous and challenging. And yet, the Bible is full of stories of people who faithfully lived amidst people groups who were unfaithful, along with stories about people who tried to do so but were lured away. What makes the difference? How can we keep our eyes and hearts fixed on the Way of Righteousness, instead of the path of darkness? July 4, 2026, marks the 250th anniversary of the Great American experiment. As we consider why and how it began, it’s worth also taking a look at what the Bible says about how it will end. Not to focus on the end itself, but to ask ourselves how we, as residents of this kingdom, can live first and foremost as citizens of a higher one. Does the United States enjoy freedoms that are divinely ordained and set apart? If so, for what purpose? Listen as Pastor Chad explores the books of Hebrews and Revelation in a challenging message titled “The Privilege of Strangers.”

One of the key attributes of any relationship is a respectful, open, and honest dialogue. It's no different when we talk with God. This week, Pastor Kandace Zollman examines the life of Moses, someone who had very direct and sometimes confrontational conversations with God on a variety of topics. As we think about our posture before God and how we address Him, we'll have an opportunity to ask ourselves whether talking back is disrespectful or part of a healthy relationship.
