Dan discusses his experience as a Tennis coach, coaching in the UK and China. He also discusses his current work with Redgate sports providing sport to children who don’t normally get the opportunity to participate. He offers tips and advice on being a volunteer and the importance of building a rapport with those you are coaching.

Sarah discusses her experience as an Inclusive skating coach, how being a mindset coach also helps and the growth of her team and their achievements. Sophie also discusses ‘Team Carter’ being a skater and assistant coach for Sarah and her journey into inclusive coaching, providing advice for new budding coaches.
